Once again METECO will participate in the international recycling conference of the Bureau of International Recycling (BIR). The conference will take place in Barcelona between 28 and 30 May 2018.
Founded in 1948, BIR is the first federation representing the recycling industry worldwide. Today, it represents 760 member companies and 36 national bodies from 70 countries. BIR’s mission is to promote sustainable development through the circular economy and the free movement of secondary raw materials.
METECO has been an active member of BIR since 2010. As members, we are informed about technological and legislative developments, closely monitor trends in international raw material markets and gain access to international expertise.
