“Nine months since the State’s digital portal, the well-known gov.gr , was first launched, it is now literally transferred to our mobile phones, the state is now coming into our “hands”, said Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, noting that this is “an application that will make it easier for citizens to have with them at all times any electronic documents they need, from simple authorizations to civil registry acts, but also to be able to transact with the State from wherever they are.”
Mr. Pierrakakis added that the gov.gr application on mobile phones gives citizens access to the state’s electronic services from wherever they are and is essentially a “digital briefcase” with multiple functions.
What is GovApp?
The gov.gr application for mobile devices that will allow citizens to have access at any time to all digitized Public Services via their mobile phone or tablet and to view all documents that have been issued electronically on their behalf, such as official declarations, authorizations and certificates.
